2. Services
eLake Tech Solutions provides electronics recycling, IT asset disposition (ITAD), data destruction, and related services. All services are subject to our standard terms and any additional agreements made between eLake Tech Solutions and the client.
3. Data Destruction
Data destruction services are performed in accordance with NIST 800-88 guidelines and our R2v3 certification requirements. Certificates of Destruction are provided upon completion. While we take every reasonable precaution, eLake Tech Solutions' liability for data destruction is limited to the cost of services provided.
4. Equipment Ownership
By submitting equipment for recycling or disposition, you represent that you are the lawful owner of the equipment or are authorized to dispose of it on behalf of the owner. eLake Tech Solutions assumes no liability for equipment submitted without proper authorization.
5. Pricing and Payment
Quotes provided by eLake Tech Solutions are estimates based on the information provided. Final pricing may vary based on actual equipment received. Payment terms are net 30 unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.
6. Limitation of Liability
eLake Tech Solutions' total liability for any claim arising from our services shall not exceed the total amount paid by the client for the specific services giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

8. Governing Law
These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Michigan, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
